This piece is very enjoyable! I love the feeling of the it, and the lighting is very well done. The coloring on the torso is great, and definitely gives the dress a tangible feel and good idea of the material.

The words "Let it go" in the background seem slightly misplaced in the purpose of the painting, and they are lost in the background due to being so light. I would either make the words brighter and easier to read, or (better yet) remove them altogether. The shape of the head doesn't look quite right with the connection between the forehead and the lower part of the face (nose). Understanding that it is stylized, I still think that the shape could still be worked on a little bit.

Finally, her expression reads as joy, though only vaguely. Areas such as her mouth display this well, though specifically the eye and eyebrow take on a more "worried" appearance, making the full expression appear to be something akin to embarrassment. While her expression still reads well, I would suggest taking it to the next level and make the cheek push her eye upwards a little more to show signs of the grin, and straighten the eyebrow slightly. You may find it helps to make the same expression as the subject you are drawing at the time, as you can feel which aspects of the face you should be capitalizing on.

Your painting is very well done, overall! c:
